Competition Terms & Prize Eligibility:

• A valid Schengen visa holder will have priority entry into this competition.

• In the event the winner requires a Schengen Visa, BIG FM RADIO AND TV PRODUCTION FZ LLC will not be responsible for the Visa processing charges, application and approvals. All visa applications will be processed via VFS Global as per their guidelines and the Visa confirmation will be subject to Portuguese Embassy requirements.
• BIG FM RADIO AND TV PRODUCTION FZ LLC in partnership with Elevate Trips will coordinate with travelers regarding documents required to be submitted with the visa application.
• All winner details to be submitted on or before Jan 27th 2023 to BIG FM RADIO AND TV PRODUCTION FZ LLC. Any winner names received after this date will not be eligible for travel.
• All travelers/applicants must ensure that documents are provided in a prompt manner, and by a final date to be provided by Elevate Trips. Visa appointments once fixed cannot be changed, and it is the sole responsibility of travelers to ensure they reach on time for their appointments with the required documents.
• BIG FM RADIO AND TV PRODUCTION FZ LLC will not be held responsible for any applicant who does not attend a fixed appointment, and will not be responsible for arranging new appointments.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of visa application and a resident of the United Arab Emirates.
• Overseas residents and visitors on UAE tourist visas are not eligible to take part in the competition. No proxy participation in radio contests or promotions is permitted. No pseudo or alias name of participant is permitted.
• Participant name must be as per passport or valid recognized UAE ID.
• Prizes are non – transferable. The prize is available only to the winner declared.
• The prize has no cash value. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available; however, in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable due to force majeure, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
• Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity for BIG 106.2 and or Elevate Trips.
• No winner is allowed to refuse being tagged and featured on the Social media platforms of BIG 106.2 and or Elevate Trips.
• All entries into the competition and grand final draw must meet the eligibility requirements as outlined above.
• We reserve the right to disqualify contestants at any stage during the promotion if the “Valid Visa” requirements are deemed not to have been met, including after the final grand prize has been awarded.
• Prizes are subject to change at any time without prior notification to contestants.
• All decisions and selections are final and at the discretion of the Radio Network and no enquires on the selection process will be given.

Travel Tour Guidelines:

• Travel insurance: Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
• Health and safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. The trip organizer will provide information on necessary vaccinations and any other health precautions, but it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are in good health and able to participate in the trip.
• Itinerary changes: The itinerary for the trip is subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of the trip organizer. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
• Responsibility: The trip organizer is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during the trip. Participants must adhere to all local laws and customs, and any violations will result in the participant being solely responsible for any consequences.
• Behavior: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards other participants, local residents, and the environment. Any participant who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the trip at their own expense.
• Limitation of liability: The trip organizer will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the trip.
• You will have to strictly follow the tour program and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractor’s / service providers such as hotels, driver, guide transporter and airlines etc.
• You are responsible to register with the representative of the Company at the appointed date, place and time for departure and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so and the consequences shall be yours entirely.
• You are required to be punctual and adhere to the time-lines of the tour and of the contractor’s/ service providers. If you are not punctual, you could miss your flight, your coach, your meals etc.
• You shall not carry any item or object, the possession of which is forbidden by any laws, rules or regulations. Nor shall you violate any other laws, rules or regulations.
